Crewe Travel Clinic is the trading name of Crewe Pharmacy & Travel Vaccination Centre, a pharmacy registered with the General Pharmaceutical Council (registration number 1029608) and owned by Slick Healthcare Limited (registered in England & Wales, company number 16389272). The information we collect
- Enquiry details you give us through the contact form, phone or email — such as your name, email, telephone number, destination and message.
- Appointment and booking details when you book a consultation, including through our online booking provider.
- Health information you share during a pre-travel consultation or vaccination — for example your medical history, medications, allergies and vaccination record. This is “special category” data and is treated with particular care.
- Technical information collected automatically by our website host and essential cookies needed for the site to work.
How we use your information and our lawful basis
- To respond to enquiries and arrange appointments — on the basis of our legitimate interests and/or your consent.
- To provide travel vaccinations, clinical advice and related healthcare — health data is processed for the provision of healthcare (UK GDPR Article 9(2)(h)) by, or under the responsibility of, clinical staff bound by a duty of confidentiality.
- To issue records and certificates, such as the International Certificate of Vaccination or Prophylaxis (ICVP).
- To meet our legal, regulatory and professional obligations, including pharmacy record-keeping and patient-safety requirements.
Sharing your information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only where necessary: with trusted service providers (such as our online booking provider, website host and email provider) under contracts that require them to protect your data; with the NHS, public-health bodies or regulators where required or permitted by law or to protect patient safety; and where you ask us to. Some providers may process data outside the UK; where they do, appropriate safeguards are in place as required by UK data protection law.

Our website uses essential cookies needed for it to function, and Google Analytics and Google Ads cookies (Google services) to understand how visitors use the site and to measure the performance of our advertising. How long we keep it
We keep enquiry information only as long as needed to deal with your request. Clinical and vaccination records are retained in line with the record-retention periods that apply to pharmacy and healthcare records. To ask about retention of your records, please contact us.
