The vaccine, destination and travel-health information on this site is provided for general guidance and follows current NHS and NaTHNaC (TravelHealthPro) advice. It is not a substitute for a personal consultation. Any recommendations shown — including those produced by our destination finder — are non-individualised until a clinician reviews your itinerary, medical history and circumstances and confirms what is suitable for you. In a medical emergency call 999; for urgent non-emergency advice call NHS 111.
Appointments, bookings and prices
- Appointments can be booked online or by contacting us; please arrive in good time and bring any relevant vaccination records.
- If you need to cancel or rearrange, please give us as much notice as possible so we can offer the slot to someone else.
- Prices shown are a guide and may change. Your exact requirements and total are confirmed at your consultation, and prices include VAT where it applies.
Vaccinations and clinical services
All vaccinations and clinical services are provided following an assessment by our NHS-trained clinicians. Whether a particular vaccine or medication is suitable for you depends on that assessment; we cannot guarantee that every service will be appropriate for every person. You will be asked to give informed consent before any vaccine is administered.
Liability
We take care to keep this site accurate and up to date but do not warrant that it is complete or error-free, and we are not liable for loss arising from reliance on general website information rather than personal clinical advice. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded.
